The Excellence Club meets monthly at 10:30 am either at the Louis Kurtz Civic Center, 9 N. Main Street, Spring Valley, NY, or at the Martin Luther King Multi-purpose Center, 110 Bethune Blvd., Spring Valley, NY. The Club provides academic and enrichment workshops and activities, which offer youth age-appropriate activities to encourage physical, social, moral and emotional growth and development. The Excellence Club offers interactive activities that include reading, crafting, cooking, art, music, dance, recreation, particularly board, table, and active movement games, STEM activities, educational field trips, and social issue discussions for the entire family. The program is open to youth ages five and older.
